Facebook Company is responsible for these hiking levels of discrimination and unfairness to the people of color in job selection and recruitment. Despite the periodic movement of Black Lives Matter, the CEO has not implemented policies of bringing more skilled and experienced black people to administrative positions in the company. Furthermore, the CEO has not initiated necessary measures to ensure transparency and fairness in recruitment and selection processes for the past six years.
Signing a petition to acquire ten thousand signatures to Facebook's Executive and Board of Directors demanding that they end racial discrimination in the workplace would be the solution. After acquiring the required signatures, we would communicate to the company's CEO and request him to implement the required changes as soon as possible. The management would be required to be restructured and ensure that various departments are strictly managed by the best person regardless of his race. The qualified black employees would apply for the new positions, thus improving their numbers at the firm's administrative levels. Therefore, people of color would actively set anti-racism policies that would shield racial discrimination.
We are petitioning to re-consideration of cultural inclusivity for the black employees' living standards from Facebook Company. My uncle worked as a cleaner in Facebook Company headquarters despite having a marketing degree. He could not pay school fees for his child. The low wages signify that he cannot support his families effectively. We would prefer that everyone is given an equal chance to secure their best career jobs without racial bias to enable the blacks to feel included in the organization. As a result of poor wages and salaries, my uncle has failed to meet an ordinary person's basic living standards, which I consider unethical, yet he works at the Facebook company. Signing the petition would help my uncle meet the standard living requirements, and he will manage to school his children without any worries
