Put a long-awaited end on Cargills deforestation!

The petition is addressed to the CEO of Cargill by the name of David Maclenanna. What we are demanding is to put a long-awaited end to deforestation in Cargill. The company has been under pressure countless times in the past in regards to the issue of deforestation but has never taken the right form of action and that needs to change now.

While Cargill is getting richer, people around the world are suffering from the contribution of deforestation and the negative effects from it. Cargill is using deforestation as a cheap way to gather their resources and sell them for profits. As they keep on getting richer and richer, forests and habitats are lost for hundreds of animals and humans as well. Deforestation is a major contributor to global warming, climate change, habitat loss, as well as even loss of food and other benefits like oxygen. As time goes on and the world keeps on changing, deforestation needs to be avoided at all cost because it is something that we, as humans, can control.
