Get FUKASE's licensing to be more lenient

EDIT: Guys, we are not stupid, we KNOW just signing a petition won’t change anything. Our goal is to sign it in order to spread it overseas, and try to influence the Japanese fanbase. Only then will we be close to achieving a portion of our final goal. Stop being negative and try to spread this, translate it, try to get it to work. Being pessimistic won’t help anyone. We love FUKASE with our hearts and that’s why we’re trying to get him out of the hole he’s in. Please try to understand.

It is widely known amongst VOCALOID users that when purchasing a VOCALOID they will need to have already agreed to their TOS. According to the VOCALOID wiki: "Each VOCALOID is sold under license. This is the single most important document in the software and it informs a user of what they can and cannot do with VOCALOID. Breaking this agreement is against the law and has serious legal implications.”
Under Japanese law, FUKASE is not to be used for any commercialized (regardless of profit/non-profit) causes without having granted permission through email. He is to be used non-commercially with much looser terms.
Due to this, several artists choose not to purchase FUKASE to make a song using him or making merchandise featuring him in fear of receiving a cease and desist. This is a problem, as it is harming not only YAMAHA, but artists who have to turn to different VOCALOIDs as well.
This can also explain why no figurines of FUKASE have been released even though he's been available to use since 2016.
FUKASE seems to be the only VOCALOID product with such strict licensing, while other VOCALOIDs are much more flexible. So far, he is the only one for which you can get in trouble for using and publishing a song with, without directly contacting YAMAHA.
There isn't a reason for FUKASE’s TOS to be this strict. He has a lot of potential and people really want to use him, but aren’t able to do so.
Furthermore, it is to be mentioned that producers have complained that when trying to get permission to use FUKASE, the company responded way later than expected, causing projects to be delayed, or simply didn’t respond at all.
This neglect of FUKASE is harming the product even more and upsetting many fans and users alike.
We want his license to become much more lenient and YAMAHA to become more responsible so that artists can freely use him just like he deserves to be used. We are hoping that with this, FUKASE will become more popular and recognized.
