To Whom It May Concern:
I, Russian virtual hockey player have been a customer of yours for many years, in particularly speaking about the video game NHL.
I am asking you to consider the possibility of installation of the gaming servers in Russia. In connection with not being able to play the game without any troubles caused by the high ping, more than 60 - 200 ms. Because of that the network gaming options of your product are considered to be unusable.
If you are not going to contemplate our concern regarding this problem and take actions to improve the situation, our Russian hockey community will be unfortunately forced to stop using your product.
