(Singapore) Tampines Greengem is just 1 launch shy from the cutoff of Feb 19 BTO sales launch onwards. Tampines Greengem has barely started building and there is hardly any options of fixtures/ fittings that usually BTO would have. Do not deprive the residents of the new upgrades! Imploring HDB to include Tampines Greengem BTO in the new upgrades initiatives.Tampines Greengem project has barely started and should have been given the FAIR opportunity for the new upgrades as well.
