PETITION IN RELATION TO ATTORNEY GENERAL LYNN FITCH DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE OF THE CASE AGAINST FORMER CPD OFFICER CANYON BOYKIN 2015 MURDER OF RICKY BALL.
To the attorney general’s office, the Mississippi Department of Justice, and all administrators in representatives assembled.
We, the undersigned participants of this petition, are opposed to attorney general Lynn Fitch’s decision to dismiss this case with prejudice on 28th May, 2020.

- The petitioners therefore respectfully request the attorney general’s office and associating members to overturn the decision of dismissal with prejudice and
- To dismiss the case without prejudice so that it may be reviewed by a higher court
