North lanarkshire council

Its now time for the North Lanarkshire Council to step up and help to put a stop to fly tipping. Instead of just cleaning up the mess they should also fine people for doing, this there saying the dont have the money but will pay £1m every year to clean up the mess they would get money back if they would fine people. Lets get together and put a stop to fly tipping.
