corporate amtssprache is no different the what the nazi´s used to control they population. Now we have it in Corporate form. In Barcelona if you work for a technical analyst. Your labor rights are a joke. And the stress and bulling is no laughing matter.
Strict rules of behavior that have nothing to do with production but enforce a type of misery that one can not escape or hide from. Which then ends up being bulling by other team members or team leaders.
But it´s the treatment that is the worst. I still see the team leader running and shouting to take chat is if it was a dying patient.
This does not come easy for me. And I stand Alone. But that´s the end result with Amtssprache. And somehow I have a feeling that this river runs deep. Somehow I feel it needs to telling. Vincenzo
