Animal cruelty and stronger penalty for Alistair Morgan
In January this year my Mums house was broken into and her cctv stolen and her beloved Millie the labradoodle was shot in the head with a spear gun and beaten so badly she had a fractured spine and many other injuries. This was all premeditated the spear was brought the day before as were gloves.
The man that did this to her lives next door. Today he was let out of custody with a 2 year good behaviour bond and a $400 fine for shooting Millie and a 13 month correctional order.
He is allowed back into our community he should be in jail and made to pay Millie’s vet bills not the community... it’s an absolute disgrace he has got away with this we are hoping to have this looked at an take it further.
