Cuba President Raul Castro: "We call you to implement and respect the Human Rights of the Cuban People"

This petition is important for the Cuban people because for 57 years, the Cuban people are suffering from hunger and misery under a government that does not allow freedom of any kind, an economy that does not allow the development and individual initiative that stimulate the country's development,we can not have private property,nothing is ours,everything is owned by the government,but the general of the armed forces Raul Castro and the others government's generals yes they have private property and banks account and the cuban people suffering hunger and misery, the people have no food to live,no electricity in homes,no water supply to households,only those who are in government have access to this, does not allow freedom of expression and association without being imprisoned, not allowed free access to internet,,in the prisons of Cuba there percent of political prisoners,including some intellectuals under conditions below humans just for express different to the government ,the living conditions of the Cuban people are inhumans eg:water supply and food supply is minimal,supplying electricity to homes is controlled by time, not 24 hours at day,with no quality health care and public transport does not meet the needs of the population .the people of cuban has no institutional rights to claim all this and much more,is why i ask on behalf of my people which are called "Human Rights",which are respected and that the government of Cuba reaffirm and fulfill the implementation of the covenants of the "Universal Declaration of the Human Rights"they signed at the United Nations.
