Donald Tusk- President of the European Union: Removal of Romania from the European Union

We are calling upon the President of the European Union (Donald Tusk).
This Petition is a stand against Romania and demands Mr Tusk to remove Romania from the European Union until Animal Welfare Law's are implemented in the country to protect all animals.
We want to see laws brought in to protect stray dogs and a spay/neutered program introduced by qualified competent veternarians, we want to see all death camps for dogs either shut down or widely improved with fresh water and food given to them and vet care provided for injured and sick dogs, as well as cleaned cages everyday. Also we would like to see a adoption program set up so people from other countries have the option to adopt any dogs from Romania. We also want new improved welfare laws introduced for other animals such as working donkeys, as well as cats. On 23 January, 2014, a total of 211 European organizations co-signed a letter to the European Commission, urging the Commission to finally intervene in the cruel treatment of dogs in Romania. The letter demonstrates clearly that the European Commission has the legal competence – and a legal duty - to intervene.
Romania has been well known for its notorious, cruel, inhumane treatment of animals in its history. And as the world wakes up and sees more crimes against these sentinel beings, people are demanding change.
With their reputation of horrible animal cruelty this country has no place in the EU or any other position on this planet until they wake up and evolve and recognize animals as a living, breathing soul that feels pain and emotions. Enough is Enough!
We call upon you Mr Donald Tusk to be the change this world needs to see. Thank you.
