The Supreme Court decided in 2007 that the execution of mentally retarded people is a "cruel and unusual" punishment. All the same: Robert C Ladd will be executed by the State of Texas on the 29th of January. He is a black retarded with an IQ of 67. Texas evades this by saying that Robert's crimes are the result of an anti social personality. Such a personality is never diagnosed in Robert. This fallacy is used frequently against retarded death row inmates.
