I have gotten requests for more information and details. Let me start my story by saying that my brother Jeremy is gay. (sorry for outting you bro.) His neighbor was phobic. And my brother has that walk, he can't help it.

We were brought up Christian, my brother still reads his bible every day, and goes to church once a week. Everyone loved him growing up. For more than ten years he babysat in the neighbor hood we grew up in. He volunteers at church and the nursing home where our mother is.

So... the neighbor was always calling names and threatening Jeremy, once telling Jeremy, "Don't walk like that past my yard around my kids." My brother ignored the taunting, and never let it bother him. This irritated the neighbor to no end, and in a few weeks after our family moved in things had escalated to the point that the neighbor punched my brother in the face. My brother called the cops, only to have the phobic neighbor lie to the cops and accuse my brother of touching his son. Preposterous. Jeremy is not guilty.

Now to a lot of you this may sound serious, and I agree, but for different reasons. THIS IS AN AFFRONT to gays an lesbians everywhere. This just teaches the phobics that all they have to do to get a gay out of their neighborhood is to accuse them of being a pedophile. How absolutely preposterous and idiotic that our justice system rewards the phobic by removing the gay..

It took a whole year before they brought Jeremy in for questioning. They picked him up after work late at night. My brother was subjected to immoral interrogation practices, the officers yelled in his face, telling him he could go home if he just sign a confession to something he was not guilty of. They denied him water and food, told him if he plead guilty and waived the right to a trial that he would be released. My brother is young, and did not know any better than to bow to the officers demands. He was also so scared of coming out of the closet that he told the family the it was a girl not a boy. I was living out of state and was not able to give him any advice.

So, to recap, phobic gets rid of gay by making wild accusation, cops continue the injustice by using immoral interrogation practices, my innocent brother goes to prison, and the taxpayers foot the bill.

Give us a chance to mount a defense and bring him home. Let us bring evidence before a jury of his peers.

He is inmate #79277 at NCF H-Block, 138 E. Milan Rd., Berlin, N.H., 03570.
