Ramai golongan isteri berkongsi kisah kesukaran mendapatkan hak mereka dari suami, iaitu nafkah zahir dan nafkah anak.
Begitu juga bekas isteri menghadapi pelbagai masalah mendapatkan nafkah anak&dashanak. Oleh itu, eloklah dijadikan undang&dashundang supaya nafkah anak dan isteri dipotong terus dari sumber, iaitu gaji suami, bermulanya perkahwinan dan dari kelahiran anak.
A lot of women have approached me with issues of difficulty of the wife obtaining money from the husband, for her own expenditure, and also for the children, which is a requirement in Islam.
By making the process automatic, this will protect the rights of the wife and children to basic needs as per Islamic law.
