Cassandra Mays is in a wheelchair and requires two service dogs and two therapy pets - a cat and a guinea pig - to help her with her severe disabilities. One of Cassandra's precious, loyal service dogs, Rakin, was quietly lying nearby, minding his own business, when a sadistic drug addict who lives in the same boarding house, savagely kicked him. Rakin's lip was split and his jaw was very likely broken in the attack. Cassandra and her lovely companions are now in peril and she is forced to protect them from this unconscionable thug (who clearly demonstrates a pathological hatred for innocent animals to say nothing of helpless humans) by locking her room from the inside! Service dogs are protected federally by the Americans With Disabilities Act. Arrest this monster and give her the maximum jail sentence for her brutal unprovoked, assault on Cassandra's beloved companion, Rakin!
