Release a budget Dreamcast 2 system

A release of a budget Dreamcast 2 system is vital to many gamers who wish to enjoy Dreamcast games and are currently unable to. The main reason being due to the unavailability of the hardware and rarity of many of the games.
A budget Dreamcast system like the Genesis 3 would be affordable and potentially even lucrative.
