Take B.C. Government to Court to stop its unconstitutional, life-threatening logging

The Provincial Government of British Columbia is acting in blatant contempt of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms; people's physical and mental integrity, safety, and lives are not only being ignored, they are being manipulated out of existence. They are increasing clear-cut logging in watershed and logging-caused landslide areas of the West Kootenays, using closed, industry-biased processes to change already delineated legal criteria.
Their "Visual Quality Objectives" are, however, nothing but illusionist's mirrors, deflecting the much grander issue. When will we stop? When will we admit the truth that we're destroying the very balance of the planet, and must make the major changes being demanded of us? Will we heed the increasingly vibrant wake-up call being clarioned by Nature - the very same Being that we arrogantly cut down, dig into, package up, and sell as our "natural resources" ... over and over?
With profound respect, I offer two quotes of a brilliant man:

"The world as we have created it is a process of our thinking. It cannot be changed without changing our thinking."

Neither trees, nor tar sands and bitumen, nor glaciers and rivers are what will right the proverbial hourglass. The people are the greatest resources ANY country has, and through this government's unconstitutional actions of denying and manipulating the intelligent, aware, and articulate people of the West Kootenays, it is alienating and attacking the true foundation of this and every other province and territory.
It is time to honour, listen to, and hear them; time to honour the constitutional supremacy; time for the Judiciary System to claim its power to review the government's actions and, I trust, force it to change these same actions.
We are far more than the citizens of British Columbia ...
