Based on
pre-prepared false and manipulative documents
by the legal team of the condemned and sacked president Gaston Flosse, local courts and the high court of Paris made decisions that are keeping my
son and I captive in French Polynesia against our will.
We came here only for a holiday; my ex- husband confiscated our passports. False domicile certificates were obtained with our documents, without our knowledge and despite of the fact that we have to do nothing with French Polynesia, courts here, -at the request of my ex-husband- ordered my son to stay here as if it was our home.
All documents presented to the Court that made it pass this decision were manipulative, false, irregular, contravened local laws and later were cancelled by competent local authorities. Courts still did not recognize their incompetence in a case, which was initiated on the basis of manipulations and falsifications.
My child who is falsely kept in Bora Bora has a strong Hungarian identity; his wish is to be returned to his only legal home in Budapest.
It is the basic human right of my son Noah to maintain and develop his European identity.
Instead of growing up in the European Union, receiving equal treatment and rights my son is kept captive in French Polynesia, where we feel the corruption, injustice and inequality on our own skin!
The Lisbon Treaty and the New York Convention on The Rights of the Child are violated in this illegal Polynesian court case.
Procedures in French Polynesia regarding the rights
of children are heavily criticized by the Defenseur des Droits des Enfants, Dominique Versini, in her 2009 report prepared for the United Nations Conference in Geneva.
We are so desperate and want the world to know the
truth that my father has started a hunger strike in Hungary and demands adequate ACTION from the French Government, to find the right solution and not to destroy yet another child.
