Because animals in Peru have no rights.
  • All animals in Peru need protection.
  • Its important to protect them so we can be aware of the human impact upon them.
  • Human beings are always hurting them, even killing mothers. 
  • This is the first law that includes all marine mammals for protection Peru.
  • The previous laws has become useless, due to the time elapsed and promoted captivity; so this new law is more effective.
  • The Animal Welfare and Protection Act is the most convenient law for the animals, because it works with the 90% of animal protection organizations and the government.
  • With these new Law, anyone that abuses an animal will be imprisoned.
