UNITED NATION: Save Fallujah City from Extremists Shia Militias

We are sign (at) the following: we became afraid from war crimes against people of Fallujah city by the random government & Shia militias attacks against ISIS which have been killed innocents civilians, war against ISIS should not to be an excused to killed innocent people with other extremist most of the Shia militias are backed lead by Qassim Sulimani (Iranian General) who involved in crimes against humanity, so many reports, photo and video show how this militias involved in executions. However war against IS important to make this world more save for humanity but we should to do it in a proper way under United Nation administration. We in demand an immediate actions to be taken to banned all shia militias to re-take Fallujah city from ISIS and forced Iraqi government to accept the United Nation forces to keep an eye also on Iraqi army members behavers
