the people of Massachusetts

to legalize cannabis possession,,cultivation,and consumption for all people aged 18 and over in Massachusetts.The Michael L. Malta Memorial Act will allow all people 18 or over in Massachusetts grow,share and profit from cannabis in this state. It establishes that people have a right to enjoy cannabis as a part of their daily lives. Tne Michael L. Malta Act also seeks freedom for all cannabis prisoners by demanding their immediate release and by sealing all CORI records of nonviolent cannabis arrests.
