als Mitglieder des internationalen, unabhängigen Partnernetzwerkes der Bonofa AG, haben wir zusammen mit Martin Böhm am CUBE7 Projekt, lizensiert durch die Bonofa AG, gearbeitet. Zusätzlich haben wir durch die Mitwirkung der viermal im Jahr stattfindenden Bonofa Days Veranstaltung, an der 2000 internationale Besucher teilnehmen, einen nicht unerheblichen wirtschaftlichen Beitrag der Stadt Saarbrücken geleistet.
Am 23. Mai 2016 haben wir in den Medien von der Verhaftung und Inhaftierung der drei Firmeneigentümer Thomas Kulla, Detlef Tilgencamp und Martin Böhm, aufgrund Ermittlungen einer von der Bonofa AG unabhängigen Finanzaffäre, erfahren. Diese Ermittlungen beziehen sich auf eine andere Firma an der Martin Böhm nicht beteiligt ist.
Die Kommunikation mit der Bonofa AG ist seitdem terminiert und wir erhielten bis zum heutigen Tage keinerlei Informationen. Diese Situation führt zu einer kritischen Beeinträchtigung der Zukunft unserer Projektarbeit, welche bereits zweijährige Investitionen und Arbeitsaufwand umfasst.
Aus diesen Gründen fordern wir im Folgenden:
1. das Recht offiziell über die Vorwürfe an den drei Firmeneigentümern und über die aktuellen, die Bonofa AG betreffenden, Ermittlungen informiert zu werden
2. die Freilassung der Firmeneigentümer, die keinerlei Verbindung zu bzw. Beteiligung an den beanstandeten Firmen haben.

Membres du réseau international de partenaires indépendants de BONOFA AG, nous travaillons d'une part au projet de construction du CUBE7 de Martin Bohm, sous la licence de la compagnie BONOFA AG. D'autre part, nous faisons vivre l’économie de Sarrebruck grâce à nos Bonofadays organisées 4 fois par an, avec une moyenne de 2000 visiteurs mondiaux.
Le 23 mai 2016, nous avons appris par les médias, la mise en examen avec détention provisoire des 3 fondateurs de cette compagnie, Thomas Kulla, Detlef Tilgenkamp et Martin Böhm pour une affaire qui ne semble pas directement liée à BONOFA AG, mais concernerait une ancienne société sans lien avec Martin Böhm.
Nous sommes depuis, coupés de toute communication avec la société BONOFA AG. Cette situation compromet gravement l’avenir de notre projet qui représente déjà près de 2 ans d'investissements propres dans ce travail.
Nous réclamons :
1. le droit d’être officiellement informés sur les chefs d’accusation portés et/ou retenus à l’encontre de ces 3 dirigeants ainsi que sur les résultats de vos enquêtes liées à notre affaire ;
2. la libération des dirigeants non impliqués dans la gérance de la (des) société(s) sous plaintes enregistrées.

Dear Prosecutor of Saarbrücken, Dear Lawyers and stakeholders,
As members of independent partners of BONOFA AG international Network, we have been working on Martin Böhm CUBE7 project, under the license of BONOFA AG company. On the other hand, we have economically been contributing to Saarbrücken City among Bonofa Days events, happening four times per year, with approximately two thousands international visitors.
The 23rd of May, we have discovered in the media, the charge and arrest into a preventive custody of the three owners of the Company, Thomas Kulla, Detlef Tilgenkamp and Martin Böhm, for financial investigations on an affair not directly related to BONOFA AG, but related to another Company in which Martin Böhm has not been involved.
Communications with BONOFA AG has been cut since and we have not been provided any information. This situation is critically compromising our project future, which represents already two years of investments and efforts.
We are therefore claiming the following :
1. The rights of being officially informed about the charges against the three CEO, and potentially the results of the current investigations related to BONOFA AG
2. The release of owners who are not involved in the company or companies concerned by the complaints
