Cari Sviluppatori di Empires & Puzzles, vi scriviamo dalla Community Italiana Empires & Puzzles Italia, con il supporto di tutte le altre Communities mondiali. Da più di 3 anni forniamo servizi totalmente gratuiti che mantengono utenza, danno assistenza, guide, pubblicizzando il gioco, con passione, con il cuore, senza chiedere mai nulla.
Ci piace il gioco, Vi stimiamo per il lavoro che fate. Vorremmo continuare a sostenervi, ma crediamo che ora si sia superato ogni limite. Ci sentiamo esclusi, non ascoltati, presi in giro da tempo, ultimamente più del solito!
Sono tantissime le lamentele degli utenti, che vogliono disinstallare il gioco. Abbiamo visto andare via amici dalle Community.
Da mesi, anche dopo centinaia/migliaia di chiamate e di euro spesi, escono per lo più eroi 3 stelle ed i risultati sono sempre più scarsi.
Il tanto acclamato evento taverna delle leggende, che tutti aspettavamo, un fallimento! Centinaia di migliaia di chiamate/euro per 3 stelle STANDARD! Dove Sono le Leggende?!
Materiali di ascensione introvabili da anni!
Le truppe? Semplicemente non arrivano, ci sono utenti che hanno le truppe bloccate allo stesso livello da più di 2 anni, senza speranze di progredire, nemmeno pagando!
Dai bauli escono oggetti scarsi, titani, non ne parliamo!
Non regge più la storia del gioco d'azzardo. Anche in quello ci sono probabilità di vincita. Inutile parlare anche di sfortuna, quando certi meccanismi sono ciclici, è chiaro a tutti ormai che nulla è casuale.
Le percentuali di successo casuali sono del tutto squilibrate!
Crediamo che speculare, soprattutto in un momento di crisi come questo, sia vergognoso! Non si tratta più solo di un gioco, ma della vita della persone! Di rispetto.
Siamo certi che abbiate visto scendere l'utenza ed i profitti. Le cose non miglioreranno se non ci darete qualche segnale vero di cambiamento. Pertanto ci sentiamo di chiederVi un segnale forte, che permetta a tutti di andare avanti nel gioco, a voi di avere profitti.
Di seguito alcuni dei suggerimenti che abbiamo raccolto dai giocatori. Ci aspettiamo che almeno alcuni di questi vengano presi in considerazione.
1 - Eliminare eroi 3 stelle STANDARD da chiamate leggendarie, Atlantide, taverna delle leggende. Glie eroi tre stelle standard possiamo averli nelle chiamate giornaliere gratuite.
2 - bilanciare le percentuali delle chiamate, anche in base alla spesa ma soprattutto al numero di chiamate, aumentando le percentuali di successo per i 5 stelle.
3 - eroe 5 stelle (specifico dell'evento) garantito ogni 30 chiamate
4 - board di apertura con 7 gemme di ogni colore
5 - raid interni all'alleanza, con relativo baule
6 – più materiali di ascensione(4*) !
7 - almeno un materiale di ascensione(4*) garantito nei bauli colorati
8 - possibilità di resettare un eroe, recuperando tutti i materiali di ascensione usati
9 - un'assistenza più presente, attiva, che non dia risposte preconfezionate, che accolga le richieste degli utenti e li aiuti nei momenti di difficoltà.
10 – scambio di materiali/eroi tra componenti della stessa alleanza
PER I GIOCATORI: Se qualcuno pensa che queste richieste siano esagerate, vadano modificate, ce lo faccia presente via mail. Vogliamo accontentare tutti, migliorare delle cose, non fare polemica gratuita. Grazie
Se non avremo nessun tipo di segnale da parte vostra, ci vedremo costretti non solo ad interrompere i nostri servizi, mai riconosciuti da voi, ma ad invitare tutte le Community, non solo quella italiana, a boicottare pagamenti e gioco fino a data da destinarsi o definitivamente.

Dear Empires & Puzzles developers,
We write to you from Italian community Empires & Puzzles Italia with support of all international Communities.
These groups have been present for more than three years. Although no one gives us something back, we offer our assistance to the all Communities and guides to users, in order to help them to improve themselves. The most important thing is that we advertise this game through our groups. All users are passionate about this game and we trust you for what you are doing. We would keep supporting you, but the patience is wearing thin. It seems to us that you are ignoring and not hearing us.
Most of the players want to unistall the game, just like friends of us already did, big players. After hundred thousands euros spent for pulls, we get only 3 stars STANDARD heroes. It happens that the same users get the hero of the month and others never get him. We do not get a 5 stars heroes even if we pay them handsomely!
The so acclaimed event "tavern of legends" has disappointed us because of the huge quantity of 3 stars heroes that have come out from the pulls. It is so hard to find ascension items and troops. There are users that have troops stuck at the same level with no hope of levelling up. We believe that the quality of items of the monster and titan trunks is low.
We don't trust anymore in bad luck because we know that certain patterns recur. Random success rates are completely unbalanced! In our opinion, it's a shame speculating on users who are locked up at home, making them more addicted to this game. We are confident that you have seen a drop in active users and profits. Things will not improve unless you will give us a real improvement.
The users and we have discussed a lot about possbile improvements and here there are some ideas:
1 - remove 3 stars STANDARD heroes from the legendary, atlantis and tavern of legends pulls. As mentioned above, we can easily get them in our daily summons.
2 - Re-balance the percentages of summons, also based on the expenditures but above all on the number of summons. Increase success rate of summons of 5-stars heroes.
3 - 5 stars heroes guaranteed every 30 summons
4 - First board with 7 tiles of each color.
5 - Raids within the alliance, with relative chest.
6 - increase the percentages of dropping of ascension(4*) materials in order to give a chance to the users to level their heroes
7 - At least 1 ascension(4*) material in the colored chests.
8 - possibility to reset the heros and get back all the ascenson materials used.
9 - We ask you for a more active customer service that receives requests of users and gives help in times of needs.
10 – change the materials and heroes with other players in the alliances

Please, if someone think that these requests are more expensive, wrongs, suggest us modif whit mailt help all players, not to make polemics. Thank you very much!
If we don’t see a strong feedback from you, we will be forced to stop our free services to the all world communities. Also, to obstruct all kinds of payments and stop to play. We bring to your attention this petition to let you know that all users have the same thoughts. We are looking forward to receiving your feedback .
