Give hope back to our children
To Prime Minister Boris Johnson and all world leaders:
You are fiddling while the planet burns. We are shocked and saddened by new findings into the extent of climate anxiety and hopelessness in young people all over the world -- caused by government inaction. We call on you to acknowledge this crisis, and take urgent, decisive action to:Pledges won't solve our planetary crisis. We need real, determined action right now. This moment, and the future of our children, deserves nothing less.
- Massively scale up investments in renewable energy,
- Keep promises on climate finance,
- Phase out fossil fuels to cut carbon emissions in half by 2030,
- And put half the Earth under protection to save nature.

Faced with floods, flames, and a million animals on the edge of extinction, kids are terrified of the future. It's a rational response. What's irrational is the repeated failure of our governments to take real action.
We can't let the world's children down like this!
In days our advocacy team will personally meet with Boris Johnson's climate team. He's responsible for leading the world on climate change at the UN climate talks this year -- if there's one person who needs to feel the heat right now, Boris Johnson.
So let's march into that meeting with a million voices calling on him to wake up and take decisive action to limit global heating to 1.5°C.
We have to be deafening. Every signature is a signal to the world's children that they aren't alone in this crisis. Sign now and pass this on:
