An escalation in the Middle East would lead to unprecedented civilian deaths and suffering.

We call on you to do your utmost to prevent the conflict from escalating, in particular to do everything in your power to stop a new massive war:

• Impose an immediate arms embargo on Israel
• Immediately limit the energy supply that operates Israel’s war machine, particularly the oil it receives via Turkey
• Use any diplomatic means possible to de-escalate the situation and enable peace talks to resume
• Sanction Israeli banks funding the continuous occupation of Palestine

Now is the time for true leadership. A regional war puts all of the world at risk. No time for delay!
