Europe: It's time to deliver for women's health

On 26 February, the Commission will respond to the 1.1 million Europeans who signed the official My Voice, My Choice initiative to guarantee safe abortion care for every woman across the EU.

More than 20 million European women can not access a safe abortion today. This initiative would change that - providing funding to help women living under near-total abortion bans, in countries such as Poland or Malta, to access the healthcare they need in another EU country.  Parliament backs the proposal and now the decision lies with the Commission. Let’s flood their offices with messages of support - if tens of thousands of Europeans write, they'll feel the pressure to turn this historic call into action.
