As Israel's largest trading partner, you have the power to make Netanyahu listen. The European Council has already condemned Israel's new discriminatory death penalty. It's time to put your money where your mouth is and suspend EU trade deals with Israel to prevent more Palestinian deaths.

This is Israel’s far right minister Ben-Gvir, who has championed a push for one of the most extreme death penalty laws in the world. And now, it’s passed.
Under this new law, Palestinians convicted of lethal attacks will be executed by hanging - within 90 days of sentencing and with no right to a pardon.
In occupied Palestine, where arbritary arrests and torture are already common, this is a terrifying escalation in the war on human rights - and we must do what we can to stop it.
The death penalty is wrong in all circumstances -- and this is a position long held by the EU. They say their trade deals are reliant on partners respecting human rights — and they’ve considered sanctioning Israel before. Let’s make this petition impossible to ignore.
