As citizens of this beautiful country, devoted to the ideals of human rights and justice, we urge you to retract your decision to leave the International Criminal Court. If you continue, it will not be in our name. Our government just kicked human rights in the teeth, pulling us out of the International Criminal Court, siding with dictators and the artists of genocide. The legality of the move is being questioned right now, and we can’t sit this one out.

As the citizens of Sharpeville, Marikana, and Mandela, we have a duty to take a stand.
