Brave student Elin Ersson refused to sit down on a plane to stop a desperate refugee being deported to Afghanistan. And it worked! Elin and the refugee were taken off the plane!

But it wasn’t easy. Alone and outnumbered, she stood firm in the face of anger from other passengers and intense pressure from the cabin crew. But by the end of her protest, other passengers were standing, and the plane had burst into applause.

Elin’s a hero for our time -- but unbelievably, she could end up in jail for what she did! Let’s build a giant wave of support for her, and deliver it to any court who tries to prosecute her to show the world stands with her!
