On Wednesday, women across the globe will go on strike demanding equality. We’ve got 24 hours to get 1 million people to pledge to join them for just an hour!

This strike is for women, but anyone who believes in equality can participate. And we’re striking not for just one reason, but many. For equal pay and reproductive freedom. To stamp out misogyny, smash the patriarchy, and to say NO MORE to violence against women!

We’re striking for our mothers and grandmothers who put up with so much to give us a better life, and for our little girls who we will fight even harder to protect.

We’re going on strike to show our neighbors, our bosses and politicians that we’re going to keep showing up for as long as it takes, to achieve equality at long last.
