Non‐existing customer service, incompetence.
My luggage has been lost for a week and nobody is willing or able to help finding it. The same thing has happened everyday for years to thousands of customers. Airberlin cannot claim to be one of the top airlines if it continues with such incompetence, negligence, and choosing to avoid contact with customers as a costumer service technique. Airberlin needs to be dropped from Oneworld Carriers.
