Blind hippo was abused by the Jumbo circus in past till his death and at present another blind hippo is being abused by the Amar circus for personnel gain and profit. The UN affiliated OIPA in India and PFA Haryana raised their voice for immediate rescue and rehabilitation of abused hippo with Amar circus and there are many more blind hippo's with rest of Indian circuses.

AWBI and CZA inspected the animals but they failed to perform their official duties because they never stopped the performance of blind hippo nor they booked tainted Amar circus for the violation of the law of the land. Elephants are also being abused with out any authority, ownership. Camels are being badly abused during their transportation from one place to another.

The UN affiliated OIPA in India and PFA Haryana demands immediate rescue of all blind hippo's, elephants, dock tailed dogs, feather chopped birds, abused camels and horses for their rehabilitation. It is further demanded that legislation be introduced for the National heritage animal of India, transportation of elephants and camels from one place to another.

CZA sub committee inspected the circus on June 25, 2012 and all members signed the report same day but it is submitted to the CZA on July 4, 2012, Why so delay?. Naresh Kadyan fixed dead line for rehabilitation up to July 25, 2012 which was followed by Smt. Maneka Gandhi, Member of Parliament in her letter to CZA. The UN affiliated OIPA chapter in India demands setting up a sub committee with in CZA and AWBI to inspect each and every circus, zoo and rescue centers.

OIPA in India lodged complaint again on July 6, 2012 for strict legal action against all offenders. RTI petition moved for AWBI and CZA for prompt strict legal against all offenders and to rescue the abused animals.
