Begging to be totally banned in India

Everyone knows that begging is a very big menace in India. Some might think that if you dont want to help beggars, just ignore them and dont give them money. But it is not that simple. The biggest problem is that the begging maifa is so strong that they are running a very big network of kidnapping children to use them for begging. Because of this, innocent kids are being separated from their parents, healthy children are converted into handicaps, and their future in ruined by these selfish demons. The enormity of the network is not a secret as we have seen in many films . (Oscar winning movies Slumdog Millionaire, tamil movies Nan Kadavul and 6- to name a few) We keep reading about government taking initiative to rehabilate the beggars and failing in the attempt as the beggars run away from the rehabilitation centers and getting back to begging. I firmly beleive that if the central and state governments decide to ban begging, provide alternate arrangements for the food and shelter of the beggars, and make strict punishment for anyone found begging, this manace can be overcome. Other problems connected with this mafia like child traffic etc will also come to an end.
