The ‘Number 9 – Stop violence at the borders’ campaign, dedicated to the memory of Clément who died due to injuries, denounces the violence perpetrated by Moroccan and Spanish authorities in the borderlands of Morocco. The death of Clément is not an isolated case, rather it is symptomatic of a growing trend of violence (beatings, refoulements, muggings, confiscations of identification documents...) which has become almost systematic against migrants. The increasing abuses since the end of 2011 to migrants' physical integrity, their dignity and their rights, recall the 2005 Ceuta and Melilla events which had caused the death of 11 migrants. In view of the recent multiplication of incidents, we call for an immediate end to institutional violence and the opening of an official investigation into the deaths of Clément and other migrants in the vicinity of the Spanish enclaves.

La campaña 'Número 9', dedicada a la memoria de Clément que falleció por sus heridas, denuncia la violencia ejercida por las autoridades marroquíes y españolas en las zonas fronterizas de Marruecos. La muerte de Clément no es un hecho aislado, sino un síntoma de un uso cada vez mayor de la violencia (golpes, deportaciones, robo, confiscación de los documentos de identidad...) rutinaria contra los migrantes. El abuso creciente hacia la integridad física, la dignidad y los derechos de los migrantes desde finales de 2011 recuerdan los acontecimientos de 2005 en Ceuta y Melilla, que habían causado la muerte de 11 migrantes. Dado el reciente aumento de estos incidentes, pedimos el cese inmediato de la violencia institucional y la apertura de una investigación formal sobre las circunstancias de la muerte de Clément y otros migrantes en estas zonas fronterizas.

تعتبر الحملة "رقم 9"، المكرسة لذكرى كليمنت الذي فارق الحياة متأثرا بجراحه، ادانة لأعمال العنف التي ترتكبها السلطات المغربية والإسبانية في المناطق الحدودية. ان وفاة كليمنت ليست بالحالة المعزولة، بل هي نتيجة العنف (الضرب، الترحيل، السرقة ومصادرة وثائق الهوية، الخ) الشبه منهجي ضد المهاجرين. ان الانتهاكات المتزايدة للسلامة الجسدية للمهاجرين، لكرامتهم ولحقوقهم و التي تزايدت منذ نهاية عام 2011 ، تذكرنا بأحداث سبتة و مليلية لعام 2005 و التي راح ضحيتها 11 مهاجرا. ونظرا لتزايد هذا النوع من الأحداث، فأننا ندعو إلى وضع حد فوري للعنف المؤسساتي وفتح تحقيق رسمي عن وفاة

كليمنت وغيره من المهاجرين في المناطق الحدودية.

La campagna 'Numero 9 - Stop alle violenze alle frontiere', dedicata alla memoria di Clément, morto a causa delle ferite, denuncia la violenza perpetrata dalle autorità marocchine e spagnole nelle zone di frontiera in Marocco. La morte di Clément non è un caso isolato, ma sintomatico di un ricorso sempre maggiore alla violenza (percosse, respingimenti, furti, confisca dei documenti...) che è divenuto praticamente sistematico contro i migranti. Gli abusi crescenti all'integrità fisica, alla dignità ed ai diritti dei migranti dalla fine del 2011, richiamano gli avvenimenti del 2005 a Ceuta e Melilla che causarono la morte di 11 migranti. Visto il recente incrementarsi degli incidenti, noi chiediamo lo stop immediato alle violenze istituzionali e l'apertura di un' inchiesta ufficiale sulle circostanze della morte di Clément e di quella degli altri migranti in queste zone di frontiera nelle enclavi spagnole.
