This flag created by the International Deaf People since 2013.
This symbol is very strong for the Deaf Culture.
It looks like the ONU, Unicef flag, …
We would like that this flag will be official by WOrld Congress of the World Federation of the Deaf (WFD) in Istanbul, Turkey, on 28 July to 1 August 2015.
