DHA Administration: Naming an honorary "Sabeen Mahmud Street"

We, the undersigned, wish to request an honorary street named after Sabeen Mahmud, activist, founder of The Second Floor (T2F) and director of PeaceNiche.
Sabeen Mahmud was assassinated last year on April 24, 2015. Her untimely death cut short an extraordinary life spent in creating cultural space, dialogue, and upholding the principles of peace and tolerance in Karachi. Her services to the city of Karachi and its residents were invaluable; her legacy continues today. She has made a global impact with her vision and struggle.
In solidarity with her, and as tribute to this brave woman whose name was synonymous with Karachi, the citizens of Karachi and beyond request the DHA authorities to name 5th Sunset Lane, DHA Phase 2 extension, where The Second Floor is located, as "Sabeen Mahmud Street".
