nosey the female african elephant is 28 years old. she was captured as a 1 year old baby after her mother and herd were attacked. she has been performing since she arrived in th U.S. She has specifically been with HUGO LIEBEL OF THE LIEBEL FAMILY CIRCUS based out of florida for 22 years. She is a single Elephant alone, tight extremely tight with ankle chains, no available water, a horrible infected skin condition, terrible foot condition, underweight and a leaking damaged trailer. Hugo Liebel has has 33 violations of the ANIMAL WELFARE ACT for failing even basic needs for this Elephant.HUGO LIEBEL was told NOT TO VIOLATE THE AWA ANYMORE! He also was given a small fine of $7,500.00. HUGO LIEBEL STILL HAS A LICENSE! HW STILL HAS NOSEY!
