Mr. Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia
On July 15, 2012 at 08:48 AM local Phnom Penh time, journalist and human right activist, Mam Sonando, was arrested by the Cambodian authorities. Since July 20th, Mam Sonando's health is deteriorating, due to a serious respiratory infection he contracted in jail.
