Your customer service is the worst, you say that "Gamevil Listens" but who are you listening to?
Week after week, you ask the same questions and we answer you but nothing change happens, and you just start over like our Words never been said.
Many players fill out your forms or email and never get a reply, yet you say you will reply in 3 business Days... How about holding your Word and doing what you say you will do??
You will NOT get Another cent from me until you decide to change your policy and start listening to the players that actually support you! Support the customers that support YOU!!
PLAYERS - If you have spent on ANY Gamevil game or have been ignored by them after many attempts to get an issue resolved, and you demand that they change their policy and actually listen to their customers that support them, then sign this petition!
