Spanish Government and ECJ (European Courts of Justice)

Spain ignores the international laws of the seas by claiming the waters around Gibraltar as her own and sends in military, police and fishing boats to harrass the Gibraltarians and to fish illegally. Private citizens have also been affected whilst in their boats in the bay.
