Government of Canada: Provide African Americans with Refugee Status in Canada

In The United States murders of Africa Americans including children are being carried out by Municipal and State Police forces at an increasing rate.
The Federal Government of the United States appears unwilling and unable to do anything to stop the racist slaughter of African American citizens by United States police and private security forces.
The Government of Canada must provide Africa Americans with the opportunity to apply for refugee status and must treat African American claims for refugee status seriously.
The Canadian tradition of automatically assuming refugee claims from citizens of The United States to be without merit must be abandoned given that the recent murders of Michael Brown, Tamir Rice, Trayvon Martin, Eric Garner, Sharon Mosley and far too many others to list here that have all been carried out by police and security forces sanctioned by the state.
The clearly disproportionate number of Black US citizens shot and beaten to death by police in the United States is indicative of a clear racial bias that demands that Africa Americans be considered refugees under Canadian and International laws and conventions.
