Remove SRFTI Chairperson and Faculty members threatening violence

eliberate mishandling of the serious cases of sexual assault and sexual harassment of women students by faculty members of Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute, (SFTRI) which have been widely reported in the press.
The women students filed their complaint in December 2015. It took two months and a lot of pressure from the complainants to set up your internal complaints committee and initiate an enquiry.
Even as the enquiry was going on, you filed a police complaint without the knowledge or permission of the complainants, and without even discussing the matter with the enquiry committee.
The enquiry committee submitted its report in April 2016. SFTRI did not act on recommendations of the committee and have not even provided a copy of the report to the complainants as is their right. Instead, SFTRI have spoken to press and cast aspersions on the enquiry report on the basis of your discussions with the offenders.
SFTRI did not take any action against members of the student body and faculty who are carrying out a campaign of intimidation and vilification against the complainants and their witnesses. The institute has failed to provide protection and security to the complainants,they are refusing to take cognisance of their grievances and have in fact further humiliated and harassed them by accusing them of having invited the violations.
