A lot of people bought tickets to Australia and New Zealand via etihad.com or online booking services on july 21-22, 2015. We paid the money. The money was debited from the credit card. Electronic tickets with the status “Paid and Issued” came in to the address. We booked seats on the plane. Some people have already bought connecting flights and hotels booked.

Then Etihad Airlines canceled our tickets, ignoring the fact that it's illegal. As the airline company informed, the reason for this situation is a technical error in making a
complicated route. Now these tickets are much more expensive.

We call James Hogan (CEO of Etihad Airways) to restore our tickets and save Etihad's reputation.

We ask everyone to support our petition, because this can happen to anyone. Giant corporations should consider the customers' rights.
