Rosen Plevneliev, President of Bulgaria

The 79-years old Bogia of Bulgaria is sentenced to 2.5 years of incarceration, due to the possession of 90 grams of cannabis. She is in a bad physical condition and hardly the prison sentence will do any good as a reparation to the Administration. Due to her age, most likely that re-socialization will have almost no effect. We pledge for her total amnesty.
I am a young Bulgarian citizen, who sees the moral flows in this particular case.
