Save the American Dream

America lives in my Utopian Society of Absolute Freedom. America Lives by the 5 Laws, where the only crimes are Injury, Theft, Murder, Slavery, and Rape. The USD is the first All Digital Currency, Civil service is Actual Civil Service, Citizens are taught how to use hand held equipment that detects lying at 90% to 100% accuracy. They are taught the difference between Immoral and Illegal. Police/Army are called Lawgivers and are paid very well by the Government, which taxes 2% of all transactions, so has an abundance of it. Everything will have a safety warning that is not enforced rating things from Dangerous to Safe. If you want to do drugs then do drugs, as they will be sold in stores where only people 21 or above are allowed to enter. 21 will be the age limit advised by the government but not enforced. If the people that work there want to serve an underage person these things, that is immoral but not illegal as the person buying the drugs is making a free will choice to walk into a place that is 21 and over to buy these drugs. Consent is being given on both sides that this transaction is a choice by both parties. Speed limits will be posted but not enforced. However, schools and commercials will teach that driving should be a terrifying experience, that is necessary, and if you Injure or Kill someone you will be Punished with death. If you damage property, you will be forced to pay for all damages. The Lawgivers will find you and you will have to try to convince 2 of them that you are not at fault right there on the spot. Lying is Immoral, but not Illegal. You make the choice to lie, but they have equipment that will let them know. They will find out exactly what happened. If they find you at fault of any of the 5 Laws, Punishment is dealt on the spot. Punishment for Injury, Murder, Slavery, and Rape is death. Punishment for Theft is return of all goods. Damage is considered theft, and the punishment is to pay for all damages, to include any bills associated with the repair of the damage. There are no prisons, as no crime is met with imprisonment. The only way around all 5 Laws is given consent. If two people fight in a bar and both want to fight, consent is considered given and no crimes are committed. If a man pays another man and leaves a video that can be analyzed by Lawgivers to find the truth that he wants to die, then consent is considered given and no crime has been committed. Any form of paid work is considered a job where both parties are consenting to the action. If you want to sell sex and someone is willing to buy it, that is not rape and no crime has been committed. If a scientist wants to pay someone to perform human testing of an unknown drug on you and you are willing to do this then that is consent and no crime has been committed. You are willing to do what they are willing to pay you for. Everyone shares the profits equally from, CEO on down to the lowest worker. So it stands to reason that if you do your job better, you will make more money. You will want your company to succeed and be proud to work there. You will let people know about your product and try to get them to use it, as the more people that know about your product means the more people will buy it so the more money you make, which in turn lets you live comfortably. The only reason to kill is in self defense of one of the 5 Laws or as a Lawgiver, when delivering Punishment. Foreign policy of America is the same as the 5 Laws. If you commit Breakage of any of the 5 Laws against an American citizen, the Lawgivers come and find you, just you, and you are interrogated on the spot. If they find you at fault, then Punishment is delivered. If you try to kill a Lawgiver, that is considered attempted Breakage, and the Lawgiver is free to defend him/her self. The American people are now the American government, as they decide on how all tax money is spent. Tax is accumulated by transactions, so the places that generate this tax money will be divided up by revenue generated. This way, the places with higher populations will receive more of the tax budget. This will be divided up from states to the smallest neighborhood. This is how Bills and Requests for Money Area affected topics will be created. If you want to put forth a bill that would affect the entire country,state,county/parish, city, or neighborhood then you but forth the bill with those parameters. The level of involvement in the American government is decided by each and every American citizen and can be simplified by putting filters on while using an App on their phone/computer/or other secure electronic device to search for Bills or RFMs that affect communities or areas that they are in. Any American Citizen can put forward a Bill or a Request For Money(RFM) for any type of work.Example of Bill: If you don't want certain subjects taught in your local school, you put forth a Bill for your local school area. Parents can then vote on the Bill and if it passes that subject will no longer be taught as it is the will of the parents sending their children to these schools, if it fails then the will of the parents in your community is that the subject should be taught to their children.Example of RFM: If you want to build a dam and have the government pay for it, you put forward an RFM which explains what you want to do, why, and how much it will cost, and what will be needed in very short concise terms that anyone can read and understand. Remember, each citizen would be involved as much as they wanted to be. If a bill is put forth and you don't understand it, research it. If you don't want to research it then you vote abstain or ignore it, and let the people who are willing to research it vote either way, easier to read bills or RFMs will more likely pass so it would behoove the author to make it as simply understood as possible while still getting his point across. All bills are posted for 1 week as to allow for people to work and still have time to research it, understand and vote either way. However, if a bill or RFM reaches the Majority(Which is 51% pass of the affected people for the vote) If you intentionally waste money, as to say put forth a bill that only profits you or to put forth arbitrary bills as to waste peoples time on petty personal disputes, then that is considered Breakage of Theft, and any profits that you have earned in an unfair way would be dispersed to the American populace. Any waste found to be unintentional, is not a crime and no punishment is delivered, as the American People would have had to vote the bill in. If someone is accused of Breakage the Lawgivers come and interrogate both the Accused and the Defense. To make a false accusation is immoral not illegal so not a crime and no punishment is delivered. However, if they find you have committed Breakage, then Punishment is delivered. Lawgivers can be accused of Breakage as well, and no special treatment is given, as the Lawgiver is also an American Citizen and everyone is interrogated the same way. American Citizens are people who want to be American, who want to live in a country of Absolute Freedom. All anyone who wants to be an American has to do is walk up to the boarder and deposit all paper money into a government bank account. This paper money will be deposited into international airports or border stations to allow people entering or exiting the country to exchange currencies, The American paper money will be destroyed with some sold off to collectors and museums. This account will be able to be accessed only by a DNA encrypted credit card or by a DNA encrypted RFID implant that all Americans will receive upon request. The ONLY thing this implant does is links your DNA and Name with Info to your Bank Account. Payments can be made at any ATM or handled device around the world by simply scanning your RFID after selecting an amount and scanning a second RFID tag. RFIDs can be set up by businesses and when someone makes a taxable payment to that company the profits are instantly transferred to all members of that company. The more people you have working with you, the more money you make, the more comfortably you can live. The transfer of funds to a Business's account is taxable, transfer of funds from the Business's RFID tag to the employee's RFID counts is not. You are buying a Business's product so you are paying the business and the business is made up of all those people working for it and the transfer of funds from you to the business is one transaction.
