Formal recognition of Islander of Pontinha (ex.Portugal)

The Principality of islet Pontinha was created by letter Regia by King Carlos I of Portugal in 1903 sold a possession, dominion and sovereignty of a piece of land with 178 m2, with the Fort St. Joseph included, from where it is taken from the Gentile forensics.
The Principality of islet Pontinha, is located 70 meters from Funchal and its capital city is Fort St. Joseph, being the smallest principality in the world and the first port of the Atlantic!
The Royal Charter of the Principality is recognized by Portugal as having legal effect, a country that also recognizes the self-determination of peoples.
Its highest authority is Professor Renato Barros, holder of the Royal Charter issued on 03 October 1903 by King Carlos of Portugal First, the current owner of the Fort St. Joseph, with all the privileges Regal forwarded to it by buying the Forte Islet Pontinha, having formed the Principality of islet Pontinha monarchist regime, with people and a constitution.
The Principality intends to be an asset to the world, whose main objectives are:
a) Hosting the Principality Islet Pontinha all NGOs of international importance, especially relating to human rights and nature, for example, WWF and Greenpeace (as the most emblematic), which shall be exempt from taxes, citizenship and other privileges;
b) Serve as a player in the capital market, democratizing them, bringing more justice with a more advantageous offer to the IMF and World Bank, which will benefit all countries that recourse to
these bodies, allowing interest rates that are far below the currently practiced by today's capital markets, absolutely unaffordable for poor and weaker countries.
