Protest the Garden Grove City’s Plan of Selling Real Estate to SCG China

Dear Sirs and Madams,
Mr. Phat Bui, a Garden Grove City Councilman and the President of the Southern California Vietnamese National Community (for 2015-2018 Term), has orchestrated and eagerly encouraged Garden Grove City to adopt a resolution to sell the Hyatt Hotel’s real estate and the Site C development within the boundary of Garden Grove City - to the Shanghai Construction Group (SCG) which is controlled by the Chinese Communist Party.
With this project, the Chinese Communist Party will set forth to break the ground for setting up a command center for their vicious business strategy right on the heart of Little Saigon area, also known as “the Capital of the anti-Communist Vietnamese outside Vietnam,” in particular, and the State of California in general. Essentially, this command post will exercise the Spying Scenarios which will control all their covert activities to infiltrate, corrupt, undermine the stability of the largest Vietnamese American community, let alone to sabotage the prosperity of the entire Garden Grove constituents as well.
Please note that SCG is owned and operated by the Chinese Communist Party. It is NOT the private company as Bui Phat has often mentioned. Besides, the Vietnamese American community was caught with total surprise regarding the Mr. Phat Bui’s intention of selling the Hyatt Hotel’s real estate to SCG of the Chinese Communist party.
Attorney Dina Nguyen has written to Hon. Steve Jones to protest what Mr. Bui Phat has encouraged Garden Grove officials to come to Shanghai to sign off the sell-off deal. Some members of the Vietnamese Southern Vietnamese community have also written letters to oppose this dangerous business deal with the Chinese Communist Party in Garden Grove.
Dear Sirs and Madams, When, for your information, SCG once completes its construction and set up the foundation for its work plan, it will push/dislocate the entire Vietnamese American community from Garden Grove and surrounding areas by increasing Mobil home and housing rents, probably three folds. The Chinese business will gradually place/transfer their Chinese nationals to Garden Grove’s ground, and this plan will spread throughout the neighboring cities as well over time. This situation already occurred in several cities, Vancouver Canada for instances. It is NOT a guesswork.
Therefore, we urge the Garden Grove Mayor and the City Council to withdraw the said sale intention of the Hyatt Hotel’s real estate and the sales of any real estate to the Chinese Communist Party. It is truly our shooting on our foot.
As for the Vietnamese American Community :
Please simply send an e-mail or mail to us saying “Yes. We oppose the selling of Garden Grove’s real estate to the SCG”; Do not forget to write down the name of the city of your residence.
In particular, we strongly urge Vietnamese-American residents in Garden Grove to sign up for this mass protest e-letter immediately. It is a vital issue. Do not wait any longer.
Besides, the Vietnamese community overseas utterly opposed the 99-year Lease of the so-called “Special-Area-Economic-Zones” (SAEZ) of Van Don, Van Phong and Phu Quoc to the ChiCom (Chinese Communists) - By the way, as of June 09, 2018, 18670 people already signed on the site “change.org” for this protest. Therefore, there is absolutely no reason why the Vietnamese did not react to the fact that Bui Phat’s and Garden Grove’s plan to sell the hotel, land to the tricky Chinese in the form of investment.
For the economic, political and social security of the Vietnamese-American community, the American as well - the future of your own family and the future generations to come, together helping the movement not to let this insane business of SCG and the Chinese Communists to take over our community.

Ông Bùi thế Phát nghị viên thành phố Garden Grove kiêm chủ tịch cộng đồng người Việt quốc gia Nam California (nhiệm kỳ 2015-2018) đã cổ vũ, tận tình khuyến khích thành phố Garden Grove thông qua nghị quyết bán khách sạn Hyatt, bán đất (Site C) cho công ty Sanghai Construction Group của đảng cộng sản Tàu.
Với dự án này đảng cộng sản Tàu sẽ thiết lập một trung tâm chỉ huy cho sự làm ăn của họ tại vùng Little Sài gòn nói riêng, California nói chung. Thực chất trung tâm chỉ huy này là trung tâm gián điệp điều khiển mọi hoạt động của họ nhằm xâm nhập, lũng đoạn, phá hoại sự ổn định của cộng đồng người Mỹ gốc Việt cũng như cư dân Hoa Kỳ tại Garden Grove nói riêng, Little Sài Gòn, California nói chung.
Cần biết thêm rằng Công ty SCG là của đảng cộng sản Tàu không phải của tư nhân như lời nghị viên Bùi Phát thường hay đề cập.
Thông qua việc bán khách sạn Hyatt, bán đất cho SCG của Tàu cộng, cộng đồng người Mỹ gốc Việt không hề được thông báo.
Luật sư Dina Nguyễn đã viết thư đến thị trưởng Steve Jones để chống đối việc ông Bùi Phát cổ vũ Garden Grove sang Thượng Hải để ký kết làm ăn; một số thành viên của cộng đồng người Việt quốc gia Nam Cali đã viết thư chống đối việc làm ăn với Tàu cộng của nghị viên Bùi Phát và thành phố Garden Grove.
Thưa quý vị, Khi công ty SCG hoàn thành việc xây cất, đặt nền tảng làm việc xong, họ sẽ tiến hành trục xuất toàn bộ cư dân Mỹ gốc Việt ra khỏi Garden Grove cũng như vùng phụ cận bằng cách tăng giá cho thuê Mobil home lên gấp 2, 3 lần. Thế vào đó là những người Tàu đến từ nước Tàu cộng, tình hình này sẽ còn lan rộng qua những thành phố lân cận, là điều đã xảy ra ở những nơi khác.
Do đó, chúng tôi kêu gọi thị trưởng Garden Grove hãy rút lại việc bán khách sạn Hayatt, bán đất cho Tàu cộng vừa nêu. Chúng tôi kêu gọi cư dân Mỹ gốc Việt ở Garden Grove, Westminster, San Jose, Santa Ana v.v...cũng như cộng đồng người Việt tỵ nạn ở Hoa Kỳ, ở Âu Châu, ở Úc Châu, ở Á châu và các nơi khác ngay cả ở trong lãnh thổ Việt Nam hãy tiếp tay với chúng tôi trong việc phản đối này. Việc tiếp tay rất đơn giản chỉ cần gởi e-mai cho chúng tôi biết Yes (Phản đối thành phố Gaden Grove bán đất cho SGP Tàu cộng) ghi thành phố, quốc gia cư ngụ.
Đặc biệt, chúng tôi thiết tha kêu gọi những những cư dân Mỹ gốc Việt ở Garden Grove hãy tham gia ký tên đông đảo thư chống đối này. Cộng đồng người Việt tỵ nạn cộng sản hải ngoại và cộng đồng dân tộc Việt ở trong nước đã mạnh mẻ phản đối dự luật cho Tàu cộng thuê 99 năm ở Vân Đồn, Vân Phong và Phú Quốc (18344 người ký trên change.org 06 14, 2018). Do đó, không có lý do gì mà người Việt lại không có phản ứng trước việc nghị viên Bùi Phát cùng thành phố Garden Grove bán khách sạn, bán đất cho Tàu cộng vào đầu tư.
Hãy vì quyền lợi thân thiết, an ninh kinh tế, chính trị và ổn định xã hội của cộng đồng Mỹ gốc Việt, cùng cộng đồng cư dân Hoa Kỳ cũng như tương lai của chính gia đình quý vị và các thế hệ mai sau ký tên chống đối việc làm ăn này với SCG của Tàu cộng.
