The Legislative Assembly of Ontario: Remove the Section 28 Closure of the Traditional Portage at Bala Falls

Whereas; we, the Citizens of Ontario , want to protect the traditional Bala Falls Portage from unilateral closure in accordance with Section 28 of the Public Lands Act of the Province of Ontario. We the undersigned petition the Legislative Assembly of Ontario as follows:
In accordance with Section 28 of the Public Lands Act of Ontario we hereby request intervention by the Legislative Assembly of Ontario to ensure the Traditional Bala Portage located on the south side of the North Bala Falls in Bala is reopened to the public for continual public access and use.
