Tim Cook, Apple CEO
NB. Since creating this petition, I have contacted Apple Customer care and they have been amazing and have been extremely helpful. This has helped me regain confidence in Apple. I have, in fact tried to remove this petition, but don't seem able to! Perhaps I need to start a petition to Avaaz to answer queries and allow the removal of a petition! :)
Here's the original text: I have loved Apple for years, but recently I have started to lose faith in your company. First there were reports of unethical practices in assembling iphones in China. Then the introduction of Yosemite caused headaches for me and many others I spoke to.
And then last night, I - along with thousands of people around the world - discovered that the latest upgrade, far from fixing bugs, created yet another problem, and we can't use our gmail accounts in Mail.
Apple apparently receives more money than some entire nations, and yet it makes mistakes like this.
Please return to your core values and think about what you roll out before you roll it out!
