We constantly question whether the questionnaire is really anonymous and this creates hostility.
It increases pressure on students because it is compulsory to give feedback and affects students who should instead focus on their studies rather than rating performance upon which no considerable actions have been taken so far.
It looks more like a money making mechanism because penalty fees are being imposed if students fail to give their feedback.
